Hi, I'm Amara, a storyteller and poet with a deep love for romance across genres.
As an author, I’m particularly drawn to stories that center around resilience, longing, and overlooked voices. Born in the Mojave Desert and raised mostly in Kansas, I have been an avid writer since childhood. I have a long held passion for crafting character driven, emotionally rich narratives penned with my signature lyrical prose.
Where The Earth Burns Red is my debut novel, and Flesh and Code will come out on July 17th! I live in Wichita, KS with my husband and two daughters.
When I’m not writing (which is rare), I also enjoy baking, exercising, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I’m an astrology girlie and you’ll usually find me wearing at least one crystal. In the colder months I live for a good latte, but I’m convinced warm weather exists for peach iced tea. I still dress up for Halloween and I try to make every holiday festive in some way.
I’m also a candy aficionado and addicted to sugar in general.
